A degree in visual/graphic design + 1-2 years of proven experience with design
A degree in visual/graphic design + 1-2 years of proven experience with design
2-3 years of really strong proven experience in design
Proficiency with software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools .

-Co-create the visual language, style and branding of the organisation
-Design visually appealing advocacy and communication material that can communicate the complexity, inter connectedness and urgency of child safety and protection in a simple and accessible manner
-Contribute to overall execution of advocacy and communication strategy, working closely with heads of department and CXOs
