Education

Graduation or Post Graduation in Visual or Communication Design or a related field.

Qualification

• 1.Establish the look and feel for various interfaces, including websites, mobile devices,
• apps, kiosks, games and wearables
• 2.Graduation or Post Graduation in Visual or Communication Design or a related field.
• 3.In-depth understanding of concepts such as Color Psychology, Typography and
• Iconography
• 4.Closely collaborate with Product and business teams to solve complex issues, like
• interaction models and data visualisation
• 5.Expert in terms of tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator.
• 6.Excellent Communication Skills
• 7.Actively presence on Social Media Platforms and Design Communities

Roles & Responsibilities

• 1.Determines the visual appearance of our platform and products maintaining a visual
• language that is coherent, contemporary, and compelling.
• 2.Ensures that all product-related visual design is unified, visually harmonious, and
• appealing, and easy to parse, read, and understand.
• 3.Design the visual elements for and design systems. Including Page layouts, Color
• systems typographical hierarchies, Charting styles, Illustrations & Icons.
• 4.Takes UI design mockups and translates these into high-impact visuals by applying
• visual elements from the design system. Ensuring a coherent presence of brand
• guidelines in product experience and on social media
• 5.Creates production-ready resource files for product implementation, Willingness to
• help document and maintain the visual elements of a design system
• 6.Plan and lead Visual design activities for various internal products, learning
• experiences and instructional design material..
• 7.Partner with the Product and Tech teams at Designerrs to ensure seamless integration
• of the product experience and not just design.
• 8.Designing community interactions, and creating content and engagement around UI
• UX Design.
• 9.Mentor, inspire, and support junior designers of design team
