I am planning to change my major to design in a few months time. I am seeking admission to NIFT, Bangalore. Will my move be worthwhile? Does the college have collaborations with industry partners or provide industry exposure opportunities?

The NIFTs are regarded as some of the greatest design schools in the nation. The country currently has 18 operational NIFTs, the first of which was founded in New Delhi in 1986. NIFT Daman is the most recent addition on the list.
A candidate's performance on the NIFT Entrance Exam determines whether they are admitted to any of the courses offered at NIFT campuses. While candidates for other courses only need to appear for one written test, the admissions procedure for the BDes and MDes programs offered at NIFT is a three-tiered process consisting of two written tests and a situation test/GD-PI round.
