Is there negative marking in NATA?

No, there are no negative marking in NATA examination. 

Council of Architecture (AoC) conduct National aptitude test in Architecture (NATA) which is the entrance exam for B. Arch course in various Indian colleges or universities at national level. 

NATA Examination pattern:

Candidates who are willing to crack NATA should check the examination pattern of NATA first. 

  • NATA conduct only in English language
  • There are 3 examination phases of NATA. Each days include 2 sessions of exams. (10a.m.-1p.m. and 2:30p.m. -5:30p.m.) 
  • Examination duration is 3 hours
  • There will be total 125 questions and the marks of examination is 200.
  • The entire question paper is based on following type questions: Multiple choice questions, Multiple Select type, Preferential Choice type and Numerical Answer type. 
  • There are no negative marking in NATA. Questions will carry either 1 mark, 2 marks or 3 marks for correction answer.
