Hi Rudra! There is no separate entrance exam for Chitkara university. They take admission on the basis of all India entrance exam's score. For example, they took admission of BE/ Btech courses on the basis of JEE Main's score, BArch on the basis of NATA score, BFA on the basis of UCEED score, MBA on the basis of CAT, MAT, NMAT, XAT, CMAT score. But we do have to register ourselves with Chitkara university to get admission into that college.

Chitkara, a private university located in Punjab. It offers under graduate programs, post-graduate program and doctoral programs in the specialised fields of engineering, management, pharmacy, health sciences, nursing, hospitality, art & design and education.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR CHITKARA UNIVERSITY? 

Step1. Visit the official site of Chitkara university,  open the application form fill up tab. 
Step2. Fill the application form with the required documents and information. 
Required documents:

• Passport size photo and signature scanned
• 10th & 12th standard marks sheet
• For PG program only graduation mark sheet certificate needed. 
• Migration certificate from the Board or University last attended
• Rank card of qualifying examination. In case if the result is not declared yet then the Admit Card of the examination can be submitted.
• Aadhar Card copy
• Character Certificate
• Medical Fitness Certificate
• Reserve category certificate if any
• An affidavit signed by the Executive Magistrate or Notary Public is required in case of a gap in the studies for not being involved in any criminal activities during the gap period. 

Step3. Pay the application form fees. The application fees is ₹1100 only. 
Step4. Click the submit button. 
Step5. Successful payment will take you to the confirmation page. 
Step6. Save the application form and take a print out of it.

Eligibility for Chitkara university

• For admission in UG candidates have to get minimum 50-60% score in their 12th.
• For admission in PG candidates have to get minimum 50-60% score in their graduation degree. 
• Admission to these UG and PG courses is done purely on the basis of qualifying exam marks and interview performance.
• The admission in M. Des at Chitkara is fully based on the seat matrix which means seat allocation.
