Hi Shweta! Last date to fill up FDDI application form is still not out yet. However, according to the tentative dates the form fill up may start on first week of February 2023 and will run till last week of April 2023.

What is FDDI? 

FDDI stands for Footwear Design & Development Institute is a design Institute which offers professional programmes in Footwear Design , Leather Goods & Accessory Design , Fashion Design , and Retail & Fashion Merchandise. FDDI have total 12 campuses all over India. FDDI is not certified by UGC rather it’s a self Governing institution under ministry of commerce & industry. Since 1986, this institution is running successfully with good academic results and offering the best placements to their students in the fields of Footwear, Fashion and leather goods & Retail.

How to fill up fddi application form? 

To get into FDDI, you need to crack FDDI AIST. So, at first you have to apply yourself for the exam. Here are the steps to apply for FDDI:
Step1. Visit the official website of FDDI. Which is fddiindia.com
Step2. Click on the admission tab and enter as new candidate. 
Step3. Register yourself to the site by making your own email id and password.
Step4. Now you will get to see the application form. Fill the form with required information such as:

• Course selection
• Personal and academic details
• Contact number
• Address

Step5. Upload the required documents such as: 
10th and 12th mark sheet and certificate. appearing in the 12th examination candidates must click on the ‘Appeared’ button.

• Valid email ID and mobile number
• Debit or credit card details at the time of paying the application fee.
• Character certificate. 
• Medical fitness certificate. 
• Cast certificate or disability certificate if any. 

Step6. Fill captcha. 
Step7. Pay the application fees which is ₹500.
Step8. Click on the ‘preview button' to check the application form and then click on ‘print' and take a print out of the form. 

FDDI selection process

• FDDI conducts a national level entrance examination All India Selection Test (AIST) to offer admission to interested candidates. The examination is known as FDDI AIST. The admission in any courses at FDDI is based on the score of FDDI AIST.
• FDDI take admission on the basis of some other entrance exams such as UCEED, MAT etc.
