Creative Designer at Cult Fit in Bengaluru (Openings: 01)

Job Description

• Create visual concepts for in-store branding, window displays, posters, signage, and digital communication.
• Assist in developing creative mock-ups, layout options.
• Support in preparing store planograms, fixture graphics, and product display layouts.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising team to convert design guidelines into easy-to-follow store execution guides.

Education

• Recent graduate or pursuing a degree/diploma in Fashion, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Retail Design, or a related field.

Qualification

• Prior internship or freelance experience with a retail brand or design agency (focused on in-store or marketing visuals) preferred.
• Strong interest in retail design, fashion trends, and store aesthetics.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; knowledge of After Effects / Premiere is a plus) and CAD/SketchUp.
• Ability to design across digital and print media with an understanding of production specifications.
• Basic understanding of layout design, typography, colour theory, and space planning.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure brand visual language and tone are maintained across all design outputs.
• Work closely with the Cross functional teams to ensure creative alignment across channels.
• Coordinate with print vendors, production teams, and agencies for artwork finalization and quality checks.
• Frequent store visits (as required) to understand design implementation and effectiveness.
