• Develop original design concepts, sketches, CADs, and mood boards.
• Source and select fabrics, accessories, and materials suitable for designs.
• Work closely with the merchandising, sampling, and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee garment sampling, fittings, and modifications to achieve desired style and quality.
• Ensure designs meet brand identity, market demand, and buyer specifications.
• Monitor competitor trends and market insights to identify opportunities.
• Present design ideas and collections to management and clients.
• Maintain design archives, technical packs, and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for photoshoots, lookbooks, and promotional material.
